Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper to the melted butter.
- Carefully cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- Brush the garlic lemon butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place the lobster tails on the grill, meat side down, for about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip the lobster tails and brush more butter mixture on top.
- Grill for an additional 5-7 minutes until the lobster is cooked through.
- Remove from grill and garnish with fresh parsley.
