Ingrédients

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix dijon mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the salmon fillets with the mustard sauce.
- Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down.
- Grill for 6-8 minutes, then flip and grill for another 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
