Ingrédients

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked.
- In another bowl, combine avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, salt, and pepper to make salsa.
- Warm tortillas on the grill for 30 seconds each side.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp and avocado salsa in each tortilla.
- Serve immediately.
