Ingrédients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
  3. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  4. Mash avocados in a bowl and mix with lime juice and salt.
  5. Spread avocado mixture on each tostada shell.
  6. Top each tostada with grilled shrimp.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
