- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 8 tostada shells
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, and salt.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Mash avocados in a bowl and mix with lime juice and salt.
- Spread avocado mixture on each tostada shell.
- Top each tostada with grilled shrimp.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
