- 1 onion, cut into squares
- 1 zucchini, sliced

- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add steak cubes to the marinade and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Thread steak, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto skewers.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally.
