Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp and beef with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Thread shrimp and beef onto skewers, alternating between the two.
- Grill skewers for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until shrimp are pink and beef is cooked to your liking.
- Remove from grill and drizzle with chimichurri sauce before serving.
