A quick and easy ground beef and rice skillet dish that is perfect for weeknight dinners.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in the rice and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add beef broth, diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
- Simmer for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Fluff with a fork and serve hot.

- Use any ground meat if preferred.
