  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
