- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook until softened.
- Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir again.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
