- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with onion and garlic until browned.
- Add tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Warm tortillas in a pan until soft.
- Fill each tortilla with beef mixture and roll up.
- Place rolled tortillas in a baking dish.
- Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

- Serve with sour cream and salsa.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a lighter option.
