Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add diced tomatoes, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  5. Fill the zucchini halves with the beef mixture.
  6. Top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the zucchinis are tender.
