Description

Ingrédients

  • 2 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
  4. Add sweet potato and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add zucchini and paprika, cooking for another 5 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve warm.
