Description
A quick and easy skillet meal with ground beef, zucchini, and sweet potatoes.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 large sweet potato, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in onion and garlic, cooking until soft.
- Add sweet potato and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add zucchini and paprika, cooking for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your preference.
- Add other vegetables if desired.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3 days.
