Description
A quick and healthy ground turkey and zucchini skillet dish.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground turkey. Cook until browned.
- Add zucchini and bell pepper. Cook until tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.
- Serve hot.

- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Serve over rice or pasta if desired.
