A simple and delicious ground turkey crockpot recipe.

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz)
- 1 can black beans (15 oz, rinsed and drained)
- 1 cup corn (frozen or canned)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the browned turkey to the crockpot.
- Add diced tomatoes, black beans, corn, onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- You can add bell peppers for extra flavor.
- Serve with rice or tortillas.
- This recipe can be frozen for later use.
