Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.
- Add ground turkey. Cook until browned.
- Stir in sweet potatoes and bell pepper.
- Add smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until sweet potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
