Description
A quick and easy ground turkey taco skillet recipe.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
- Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Serve with tortillas or lettuce wraps.
- Top with avocado or sour cream if desired.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
