Description

A quick and easy ground turkey taco skillet recipe.


Ingrédients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until soft.
  3. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add ground turkey; cook until browned.
  5. Stir in taco seasoning, black beans, corn, and diced tomatoes.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Top with shredded cheese and cover until melted.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Serve with tortillas or lettuce wraps.
  • Top with avocado or sour cream if desired.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
