Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cloves, and cinnamon.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern.
  4. Place the ham in a roasting pan and brush the glaze over the ham.
