Ingrédients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
  4. Add half of the cooked beef mixture on top of the potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle with a layer of cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, beef, and cheese.
  7. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk, and pour over the casserole.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  10. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
