A hearty and comforting dish combining hamburger and potatoes.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 medium potatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
- Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
- Add half of the cooked beef mixture on top of the potatoes.
- Sprinkle with a layer of cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, beef, and cheese.
- In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and milk, and pour over the casserole.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving.
- You can add vegetables like corn or peas for extra nutrition.
