Description
A hearty hamburger steak served with a creamy onion gravy.
Ingrédients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
- Add onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
- Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Return the patties to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with gravy on top.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as needed.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
