Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet.
  5. Add onions to the skillet and sauté until translucent.
  6. Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, and Worcestershire sauce.
  7. Return the patties to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with gravy on top.
