- 1 bag frozen hashbrowns (30 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together hashbrowns, sausage, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
