  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together hashbrowns, sausage, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
