Description
A delicious Hawaiian poke cake filled with tropical flavors.
Ingrédients

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
- Poke holes in the cake using a fork.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
- Add crushed pineapple and spread evenly.
- Top with whipped topping and sprinkle coconut flakes and macadamia nuts.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh pineapple for added flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less condensed milk.
