A delicious Hawaiian poke cake filled with tropical flavors.


Ingrédients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can (15 oz) crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  6. Poke holes in the cake using a fork.
  7. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake, filling the holes.
  8. Add crushed pineapple and spread evenly.
  9. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle coconut flakes and macadamia nuts.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
