Ingrédients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash the chickpeas with a fork.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into small patties.
  5. Brush or spray the patties with olive oil.
  6. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Remove and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with yogurt or tahini sauce.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
