A healthy air fryer spaghetti squash recipe that is easy to prepare and delicious.

- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the inside of the squash with olive oil.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on the squash.
- Place the squash halves in the air fryer basket, cut side down.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Use a fork to scrape the flesh into spaghetti-like strands.
