Description
A healthy air fryer tofu and veggies recipe that is quick and easy to prepare.
Ingrédients

- 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into cubes and mix with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add mixed vegetables to the tofu mixture and toss to combine.
- Place tofu and veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for doneness and cook longer if necessary.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
