  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and mix with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add mixed vegetables to the tofu mixture and toss to combine.
  4. Place tofu and veggies in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness and cook longer if necessary.
