Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, almond flour, maple syrup, and coconut oil.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract; stir until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and baking soda.
  5. Mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until well combined.
