- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
- In a greased baking dish, layer 4 tortillas, half of the chicken mixture, and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- Top with fresh cilantro or avocado for added flavor.
- This dish can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
