A rich and creamy chicken enchilada casserole that is easy to make and full of flavor.


Ingrédients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, salsa, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
  3. In a greased baking dish, layer 4 tortillas, half of the chicken mixture, and half of the cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Top with fresh cilantro or avocado for added flavor.
