A filling breakfast burrito packed with protein.
Ingrédients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Scramble the eggs in the pan until fully cooked.
- Add bell peppers and black beans to the eggs and stir until heated.
- Remove from heat and mix in cheese.
- Place the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Add salsa on top of the filling.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
- Serve warm.
