Ingrédients

  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Scramble the eggs in the pan until fully cooked.
  3. Add bell peppers and black beans to the eggs and stir until heated.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in cheese.
  5. Place the mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  6. Add salsa on top of the filling.
  7. Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
  8. Serve warm.
