- 1 cup chicken breast, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Push the mixture to one side and pour beaten eggs into the pan.
- Scramble the eggs and mix with the chicken and vegetables.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, stir well.
- Season with salt and pepper, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot.
