A simple and nutritious high protein dish made in a crockpot.
Ingrédients

- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup corn
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breast in the crockpot.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, onion, and garlic.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper over the top.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken before serving.
Notes
- Serve with avocado or cilantro for extra flavor.
- Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
