Ingrédients

  • 8 oz beef sirloin, sliced
  • 8 oz rice noodles
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add beef and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stir for 1 minute.
  5. Add bell peppers and snap peas, cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in hoisin sauce and soy sauce. Mix well.
  7. Add cooked noodles to the pan, tossing to combine.
  8. Garnish with green onions before serving.
