Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, green onions, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, bacon, and garlic powder.
- Fill each mini phyllo cup with the mixture.
- Place the filled cups on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cups are golden.
- Serve warm.
