Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chopped celery and onion, sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth until the mixture is moist but not soggy.
- Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

- You can add cooked sausage for extra flavor.
- Use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
- Stuffing can be prepared a day ahead and baked on Thanksgiving.
