  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Slice the chicken thighs into thin strips.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, gochujang, and rice vinegar.
  3. Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
  6. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
