- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Slice the chicken thighs into thin strips.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, green onions, gochujang, and rice vinegar.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
Notes
- Serve with rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less gochujang.
- Marinate overnight for deeper flavor.
