These homemade corn dog bites are a fun and easy snack or appetizer.

- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 package hot dogs, cut into bite-sized pieces

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dip hot dog pieces into the batter, then carefully place them into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
