A refreshing homemade lime sorbet that is perfect for hot days.
Ingrédients

- 2 cups fresh lime juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Add lime juice and lime zest to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.
- Freeze for about 1 hour.
- Stir the mixture with a fork to break up ice crystals.
- Return to freezer and repeat stirring every 30 minutes until fully frozen.
