Description

Homemade mango sorbet is a refreshing dessert made from ripe mangoes.


Ingrédients

  • 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. In a blender, puree the mangoes until smooth.
  4. Add the cooled sugar water and lemon juice to the blender. Blend until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4-6 hours.
  6. Every 30 minutes, stir the sorbet with a fork to break up ice crystals.
  7. Once fully frozen, scoop and serve.
