Description
Homemade mango sorbet is a refreshing dessert made from ripe mangoes.
Ingrédients

- 4 ripe mangoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine sugar and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- In a blender, puree the mangoes until smooth.
- Add the cooled sugar water and lemon juice to the blender. Blend until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 4-6 hours.
- Every 30 minutes, stir the sorbet with a fork to break up ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop and serve.
Notes
- Use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on mango sweetness.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
