  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pound mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  2. Dip each mozzarella stick in flour, then in eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  3. Place breaded sticks on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
