  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter.
  4. Add egg and vanilla to the sugar mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Stir in rolled oats until combined.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool completely.
  10. For filling, mix marshmallow fluff and powdered sugar.
  11. Spread filling between two cookies to form a sandwich.
