A classic homemade sloppy joes recipe that is quick and easy to make.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, brown sugar, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add hot sauce.
- Serve with pickles for added crunch.
- This dish can be made ahead and reheated.
