A creamy and delicious homemade spinach and artichoke dip.
Ingrédients

- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise.
- Add chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with chips or bread.
Notes
- You can use fresh or frozen spinach.
- For a spicier dip, add red pepper flakes.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
