Ingrédients

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Puree the strawberries in a blender or food processor.
  2. In a bowl, combine the strawberry puree, heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
  3. Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
