  • 1 cup warm milk

  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Add yeast and let it sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add melted butter, eggs, and yeast mixture.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into equal pieces. Shape each into a roll.
  6. Place rolls on a greased baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and brush with melted butter before serving.
