- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Add the salmon cubes to the bowl and coat them with the marinade.
- Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
