Ingrédients

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, zucchini)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat chicken breasts with the honey mustard mixture.
- Place chicken in a baking dish.
- Toss mixed vegetables in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve warm, drizzling extra glaze over chicken if desired.
Notes
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes for more flavor.
- Use any vegetables you prefer.
