A creamy and flavorful mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken.

- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions.
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in honey and black pepper; cook for 2 minutes.
- In a separate pot, make a roux with butter and flour.
- Add milk to the roux and stir until thickened.
- Mix in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Combine macaroni, chicken mixture, and cheese sauce.
- Serve warm.
