Instructions

  2. Slice the dates lengthwise and remove the pits.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, honey, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped pistachios.
  5. Stuff each date with the ricotta mixture.
  6. Place stuffed dates on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until warm.
  8. Drizzle with extra honey before serving.
