A quick and flavorful stir fry featuring chicken, honey, and sriracha sauce.
Ingrédients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken slices, cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Mix honey and sriracha, pour over chicken and vegetables.
- Add soy sauce, stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for desired spiciness.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
