Description
This honey sweetened peach jam is a delicious spread you can enjoy on toast or use in desserts.

Instructions
- Prepare jars by sterilizing them.
- In a large pot, combine peaches, honey, and lemon juice.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it simmers.
- Add pectin and stir well.
- Continue to cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Pour the jam into sterilized jars and seal.
- Allow to cool completely before storing.
