- 1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Steam the broccoli florets until bright green and tender-crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, diced Honeycrisp apple, red onion, walnuts, dried cranberries, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness of the dressing by adding more or less honey.
- For a vegan option, omit the feta cheese.
