Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss the honeycrisp apples with lemon juice, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet.
- Arrange the apple mixture in the center of the crust.
- Fold the edges of the crust over the apples, leaving the center exposed.
- Dot the apples with butter pieces.
- Brush the crust with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the apples are tender and the crust is golden.
