A fresh and crunchy salad featuring Honeycrisp apples and broccoli.
Ingrédients

- 4 cups of broccoli florets
- 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
- 1/2 cup of raisins
- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into florets.
- Diced the Honeycrisp apples and chop the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apples, raisins, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
- In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.

- Use plain yogurt for a lighter dressing.
