Ingrédients

  • 2 Honeycrisp apples, diced
  • 1/2 cup of raisins
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into florets.
  2. Diced the Honeycrisp apples and chop the red onion.
  3. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, apples, raisins, sunflower seeds, and red onion.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, honey, and apple cider vinegar.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
